Inside you will find creative exercises that make it possible to go deeper, to reflect on your emotions, and to pay attention to yourself. Built on drawing, painting, and collage techniques, the way each theme is explored jolts you out of your usual patterns of thinking and offers a new perspective along your path of self-discovery. And it does all this while you experience the joy of creating. As you work through the exercises, you can explore self-discovery themes such as the question "who am I?", feelings, values and personal traits, past and future, relationships, being in the present, and problem-solving.

For some of the 52 exercises you will also find downloadable worksheets that help you complete them. Come and discover, through creating, the path that leads toward yourself — and remember, the creative process is at least as important as the final result!
