Where art meets mental health
Our aim is to combine a mental-health approach with artistic tools in programmes that support prevention, self-care, the development of self-discovery, and team- and community-building.
Our methods are grounded in the mental-health literature and in creative tools of our own design. We believe that creating supports self-reflection, strengthens cooperation, eases tensions within a group, and helps to deepen community bonds.
